Zitcha, Meta, Customology, The Trade Desk and more join Mumbrella Retail Marketing Summit lineup

More key speakers have been locked-in for theMumbrella Retail Marketing Summitincluding Zitcha founder Troy Townsend, consultant and former Aesop and DDB senior executive Lisa D’Amico, and Customology co-founder Mark James.

D’Amico, who was previously general manager for global marketing at Aesop and managing partner at DDB, will reveal why “beautiful retail” is what we need now and how marketing can lead it.

Customology co-founder Mark James, meanwhile, will share key-tips on leveraging first-party data and pricing brand value.

Drawing on original research on the unspoken customer, James will discuss how marketers can adapt to and thrive in the new normal of data. He’ll reveal how to retain existing high-value customers by developing a first-party data strategy through social and direct channels, and making functionality, emotional engagement, convenience and experience the cornerstones of success.

Furthermore, major partner of the Mumbrella Retail Marketing Summit, Zitcha, will share the stage with Meta and The Trade Desk to explain why retailers are the next media giants.
