Impact.com makes new promotions across brand, publisher and agency portfolios
Impact.com has made a number of promotions across its brand, publisher and agency portfolios, to support the company’s growth.

Impact.com, the world’s leading partnership management platform, today announced a raft of promotions as it continues to expand its brand, publisher, and agency portfolio across APAC.
Nick Randall has been promoted to the newly created position of regional vice president of customer growth, APAC. Randall joined impact.com in 2020 as director of customer success and operations, APAC, and since then has grown the annual recurring revenue under his direct management by 123% and doubled the size of his team from 6 to 12 people across Australia, Singapore, China and Indonesia.

Additionally, Helena Barroso Zarco becomes customer success director for SEA, in addition to ANZ, which she was previously responsible for, Dan Christ has been promoted to senior customer success manager from customer success manager, Nick Pringle has been promoted to senior revenue enablement manager from revenue enablement specialist, and Rosie Rae has been promoted to publisher acquisition manager from partnership development executive.
Impact.com has significantly expanded its customer list in the last 12 months as more brands realise the potential of the partnership channel to drive incremental revenue. The company has recently welcomed multiple Australian brands including Billini, Rollie Nation and Bikes Online, Myer, Crocs, Compare The Market, Waggly, and VistaPrint and agency partner Sparro.
