Edge wins the creative account for Moccona coffee
Edge has won the creative account for Jacobs Douwe Egberts’ (JDE) coffee brand Moccona.
The incumbent agency is M&C Saatchi, which worked with the brand for 10 years before deciding not to pitch again.
Russell Hopson, M&C Saatchi group managing director, gave a statement to Mumbrella: “We’ve had a great relationship with Moccona for more than 10 years. Last year Moccona reached the number one instant coffee brand in Australia. We wish them all the best for the future.”
The account includes advertising for Moccona’s glass jar instant coffee, its Barista Reserve label, capsules and mixes.
The news is the latest in a line of business wins for Edge. This year it has won the content accounts forVirgin Money,Freedom Furniture,Jaycarand it woncreative project work for Vic Roadsin May.
